| TOUR OF SNOWFLAKE
You are now on Main Street, Arizona State Highway 77. A cozy community where you will benefit from low prices and friendly neighbors. Snowflake has parades, rodeos, large family reunions and town barbecues. During the summer you will enjoy softball tournaments for kids, teens, businesses and church groups. In this community, you can never get too much softball!
Snowflake has just received a new highway, making it even more accessible. If you are hungry, you can stop in at any one of the restaurants you'll find along Main Street. The food here is real down-home cooking so be sure to not snack before, because you'll want to eat it all!

Historic Sites
This historic site is still in use. It is the Main Street Chapel for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is constructed of stone, with beautiful windows and interior wood finishes. The original structure was destroyed by fire, with the exception of the stone and foundation. It was rebuilt quickly by the community and has received a few repairs over the past 50 years. While you are here, please take a chance to tour the inside. There are great paintings there by local artist Robert Yellowhair. The grounds are maintained by many groups within the wards there.
In the summertime, during the weekend of July 24th, you will find many people having sack races, three legged races, beard growing contests and so much more. The town really gets together to celebrate when this community was first settled. If you have the chance, stay for a while and enter one of the races!

Across the street from the Main Street Chapel is the newly renovated Freeman House. In the front of the building you will find the offices for the Snowflake Chamber of Commerce, and in the back you will find the offices of Integrity Realty! Feel free to stop by anytime.

Just down the road from the Freeman House is the Smith Memorial Home. It was built for Jesse N. Smith and is now on the National Historical Register. It is open for tours, and the inside is particularly spectacular. With all of it's original furnishings along with the family history, you will come to know the real lifestyles of the pioneers who settled here.
Golf
Take advantage of our wonderful weather, sunshine and fresh air. Just grab your clubs and hit the course. If you are looking for a home close to the golf course, I have many to show you! The clubhouse has great food and bar for those who want to relax and unwind from a hard day of golfing.
If you are wondering what the buildings are in the background...they are moulding mills. There are many wood product companies in this area. If you are looking for pellets for your stoves or trim moulding, this is heaven!
The Temple
Just minutes from the Snowflake Golf Course and downtown Snowflake sits the beautiful Snowflake Temple! There are only two LDS Temples in Arizona. If you would like a home on the golf course with a lovely view of the temple, it doesn't get any better than this!
Wide Open Spaces!! Do you like wide open spaces? Want lots of land to build your dream home or transform your dreams of having a ranch into reality? There is so much available land in our area to pick from. If you like to grow, the soil here is very rich and with the Coconino Sandstone Aquifer you can put in your own well or choose from many land packages with wells already drilled. The land/home packages are very convenient and affordable. All you have to do is move in. With the extra snow, you can have crops, grass, and landscaping growing within no time at all. The views here are endless. How would you like to be able to look out your kitchen window and have a beautiful 100 mile view? You can here in our area. Many lots are in small valleys and even on hill tops, there is always something for someone.
Love the trees and natural landscaping? We benefit from Cedar and Pine here in our area. Many homeowners choose to leave their properties in a natural state, making a more rustic surrounding. As you can see, the views are endless. In the distance you can see the wonderful White Mountains. In the winter they are completely white, giving the background for the name.

Just imagine, this would be the perfect location for your kitchen window, lawn or porch swing. The trees are home to many varieties of birds, and if you hang a few feeders out, you'll have blue jays and squirrels visiting you all day long.
